Complaints Procedure

Our school enjoys an excellent relationship with parents and the community.  The Governing Body, the teachers and parents share a common objective of working together in partnership for the success of all.  However, it is important to inform you of the recognised complaints procedure if you have any concerns:


1.          Speak to the pupil's class teacher and/or the head teacher.


2.         If you feel it necessary to discuss the issue with the head teacher in greater detail, arrange an appointment in person or by telephone.


3.         If you are still dissatisfied by the outcome, you have the right to bring the matter to the attention of the Chair of the Governors, whose name is included in the Governors/teachers annexe.


4.         Having consulted with the Chair of Governors, if the parent is still dissatisfied, they have the opportunity to involve the Local Authority.  The head teacher will be able to provide details of procedures, names and addresses of the relevant officers.
