Cherry Bees is our Before and After School Club. Mrs Stanway, the club supervisor, works both before and after school every day. She has a real interest in the outdoors and is very keen to work alongside the children planting produce for the club, thus promoting the farm to fork culture we would like to adopt on a wider scale.
Mrs Darley works alongside Mrs Stanway each evening. Mrs Darley also works in the foundation stage and regularly plans and delivers exciting activities for the children. She enjoys instructing the children in a variety of cooking lessons.
The club itself, has a dedicated space located in the Year 5/6 block. The room is purpose designed with a kitchen space, run of computers, together with spaces for various activities and, importantly, relaxation. We also have direct access to the outdoors.
Cherry Bees runs from 7.15am until 9am at a cost of £5 including healthy breakfast choices, and from 3.30pm until 6pm for a cost of £7 which includes a healthy snack.
Our easy to use on-line booking and payment system enables parents to block book in advance, or simply reserve a place as and when required.
