At our school, we are committed to supporting children and their families both in school and within the wider community. We work closely with a range of external agencies, including Family Support, Early Help, School and Community Practitioners, the Mental Health Support Team, and local charities.
These services are involved only with the consent of families and always through an appropriate referral process. Throughout the journey, we offer ongoing support, guidance, and a welcoming space for meetings where needed.
By working collaboratively with these agencies, we help to implement strategies and recommendations that promote the wellbeing, development, and success of every child in our care.
